Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion diced
- 3 clove Garlic crushed
- 2-3 cup Birds Eye Frozen Veggie Mix of your choice
- 4 cup Vegetable Stock
Rice
2 cup
SunRice Basmati Rice
uncooked (If using Basmati, rinse rice 3-4 times to remove starch)

- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes in pot over medium to high heat
- Add vegetables and stir for 2-3 minutes
STEP 2 - COOK
- Add in the rinsed rice & stock and cover
- Cook until liquid has been absorbed
STEP 3 - SERVE
- Once liquid is absorbed, fluff up the rice with a fork
- Serve with protein of your choice (try Steak)
PRO TIP - STORE
- Store your left over rice in a sealable, microwave-friendly tub for another day.
